These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of lifereadysons.com and all LifeReady Sons programs, courses, printable materials, and videos (the "Programs"). LifeReady Sons ("we," "us") is based in North Carolina, USA. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. The Programs are designed for parents and guardians to use with their children. Children should not create their own accounts.

2. Parental supervision and safety. Many missions involve real-world activities such as cooking, laundry, using basic tools, handling money, making phone calls, and going out in public. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding which activities are appropriate for their child's age, maturity, and abilities, and for supervising those activities. You use the Programs at your own discretion and risk. LifeReady Sons is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from activities completed at home or elsewhere.

3. Educational content only. The Programs provide general educational and parenting content. They are not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your family's specific situation.

4. Faith content. Some materials include optional Christian faith elements, such as Bible verses and family prayer. These are optional, and families may use or skip them as they choose.

5. Purchases and pricing.

6. Family-use license. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Programs within your own household. You may print materials for your family's use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly post any Program content, or use it with groups, classes, or organizations without our written permission. All content is owned by LifeReady Sons and protected by copyright.

7. Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Changes to the Programs. We may update, improve, or retire content over time.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeReady Sons is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms, including sharing or reselling content.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

12. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Programs after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

We want every family to feel confident in their purchase, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day guarantee. Try the first 4 missions with your son. If he isn't doing more on his own, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. No complicated forms.

2. How refunds work. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded program ends.

3. Fair use. The 30-day guarantee applies once per family. We may decline refunds where content has been shared, downloaded in bulk for redistribution, or where the guarantee has been used before.
